1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Pal you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Pal. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Keep your password secure and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post illegal, harmful, or misleading content
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users
• Use the app to organize activities that violate local laws or regulations
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Pal a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content within the app to other users. We may remove content that violates these terms.

6. Events & safety

Pal is a platform for discovering social plans. We do not organize, endorse, or supervise any events. You attend events at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Pal is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of content, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
